Identification of local partner

The Challenge:

DE&M Consultancy identified upcoming major projects in the Swedish market and approached a relevant high tech Israeli Company in the field.

As a first step, DE&M Consultancy verified FMV's requirements which match the company capabilities. DE&M assessed who the key players are in Sweden and in the Scandinavian countries and submitted a list of companies that are suitable to be their local partner.

Thanks to the fact that DE&M has a wide network of partner consultancies across the region we could provide our client with the most accurate report

The Achievement:

Our client met all candidates and chose the most suitable local partner supported by DE&M Consultancy recommendations.

Joint meetings of our Client and the local partner as well as with the end user were already conducted and an MOU is to be signed soon.
